Steven Goldstein
is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Knight-Ridder's Business Information Services division. In that role he was responsible for Knight-Ridder's acquisition of Technimetrics and its pre-IPO investment in Netscape Communications. Mr. Goldstein previously held a range of sales and marketing positions at Knight-Ridder's Business Information properties. Mr. Goldstein has a BS in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University. He resides in New York City.
Michael Angle
is Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Angle was Vice President of Technology at Technimetrics, Inc., a $20 million financial information company. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of technical development and operations.
Previously, Mr. Angle spent three years as a Product Development Manager for EJV Partners, where his responsibilities included product definition, technical implementation and support of Communications and Real-Time Products. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He resides in Warwick, NY.
Donald Roll
is Managing Director, Europe. Formerly, Mr. Roll was Managing Director, Europe for Knight-Ridder Financial/Bridge, where he led the international expansion of the real-time financial information supplier. Prior to his posting to London in 1990, Mr. Roll held a series of senior management positions with Knight-Ridder Financial's Americas organization.
Mr. Roll holds an Accounting Degree from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Craig Kissel is Chief Financial Officer. Formerly Mr. Kissel was the Chief Financial Officer for GovPX, Inc. for thirteen years where he was responsible for the finance, administrative, HR and legal operations of the eventual thirty million dollar start-up firm from its inception until its sale to one of its shareholders in 2005.
Previously, Mr. Kissel was Director of Finance for Knight Ridder Financial Americas and spent ten years in the ITT Industries group in various financial management positions. He holds a BS in commerce from Rider University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Scranton.
Mr. Kissel is a veteran of the Armed Services and resides in Hewitt, New Jersey.

Colin duSaire, as one of the original Alacra members, played a major role in the development of the system for cross-referencing premium content. He has also been responsible for Customer Service and Training & Development of in-house staff. Currently, he is charged building a data group which specialize in site selection, to meet specific client requirements, recruitment and training of indexers, as well as organizing the maintenance effort for the continued cross-referencing between the premium content databases, for public and private companies.
Mr. duSaire has over 10 years experience in the Financial Information Services marketplace. Prior to joining Alacra he was a Product Manager with Knight-Ridder Financial where he was instrumental in the development of interactive database access applications. He also managed the development and launch of an analytic product that was used in conjunction with MoneyCenter.
Mr. duSaire has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a MBA in Marketing from Pace University in New York.

The bulk of Fran's career was spent at Thomson Financial, where she oversaw all sales, marketing, customer care and training related efforts, for TF's Investment Banking segment. Most recently Fran served as Managing Director for Thomson's Global Strategic Accounts.

Gail was the first salesperson employed in Alacra UK, joining the company in 1997. Previous to Alacra, Gail was employed as VP Sales and Marketing at Mellon Trust having spent the previous 8 years in Strategic Sales for Knight-Ridder Financial.
Gail holds a BSc from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh.

has spent the past 20 years applying technology to content to develop high value business-to-business information products. Before joining Alacra, Mr. Graubart served as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer for Leadership Directories, a leading provider of biographical and organizational data for the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Leadership Directories, he spent four years in various roles with ClearForest, an emerging leader in the text analytics market. At ClearForest, he helped open the publishing and federal intelligence markets.
Previously, he held general management, product development and marketing roles with B2B content businesses including divisions of Primedia, Nelson Information (now Thomson Financial), Kaplan/Washington Post and McClatchy Newspapers.
Graubart is also the author of the Content Matters blog.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Catherine McEwing is responsible for content and project management for the European operation ensuring Alacra?s products and services incorporate the needs of our European users.
Cathy has 12 years of experience in the financial information industry, most recently with the London Stock Exchange as the head of historical data products where she oversaw the initiation, development and support of data-intensive applications used primarily by member firms and buy-side institutions. Prior to working at the London Stock Exchange, Cathy held senior operational and product development positions with the Corporate Group division of Thomson Financial in both London and New York. She has an extensive background in Investor Relations which includes seven years at Georgeson & Company (now a division of Computershare).
Cathy has an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Maryland.

Albert Tamayev
is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for systems, database, and network services at Alacra. Albert has been with Alacra since 1999, starting as a software developer and most recently as a development manager. Prior to joining Alacra, Albert was a software developer at Bloomberg LP.
Mr. Tamayev holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from New York University and a M.S. Degree in Information Systems from New York University.
