Steven Goldstein is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Knight-Ridder's Business Information Services division. In that role he was responsible for Knight-Ridder's acquisition of Technimetrics and its pre-IPO investment in Netscape Communications. Mr. Goldstein previously held a range of sales and marketing positions at Knight-Ridder's Business Information properties.
Mr. Goldstein recently completed a three year term on the New York Federal Reserve President's Advisory Council on Small Business and Agriculture.
Mr. Goldstein has a BS in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He resides in New York City.

Michael Angle is Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Angle was Vice President of Technology at Technimetrics, Inc., a $20 million financial information company. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of technical development and operations.
Previously, Mr. Angle spent three years as a Product Development Manager for EJV Partners, where his responsibilities included product definition, technical implementation and support of Communications and Real-Time Products.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He resides in Warwick, NY.
Donald Roll is Managing Director - Europe. Formerly, Mr. Roll was Managing Director, Europe for Knight-Ridder Financial/Bridge, where he led the international expansion of the real-time financial information supplier. Prior to his posting to London in 1990, Mr. Roll held a series of senior management positions with Knight-Ridder Financial's Americas organization.
Mr. Roll holds an Accounting Degree from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Craig Kissel is Chief Financial Officer at Alacra. Formerly Mr. Kissel was the Chief Financial Officer for GovPX, Inc. for thirteen years where he was responsible for the finance, administrative, HR and legal operations of the eventual thirty million dollar start-up firm from its inception until its sale to one of its shareholders in 2005.
Previously, Mr. Kissel was Director of Finance for Knight Ridder Financial Americas and spent ten years in the ITT Industries group in various financial management positions. He holds a BS in commerce from Rider University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Scranton.
Mr. Kissel is a veteran of the Armed Services and resides in Hewitt, New Jersey.
Anthony Bruni is Vice President of Software Development. Mr. Bruni has been developing application software for over 20 years. He began his career writing MIDI sequencer software for Voyetra Technologies. He spent 10 years at Hyperion Solutions (prior to its acquisition by Oracle Corp.), where he architected a family of multidimensional reporting and analysis products. He joined Alacra in 1999 and became Vice President in 2007.
Anthony has a BS in Chemistry from Fordham University.
Tom Cosgrove is Vice President of Risk Products at Alacra. His responsibilities include oversight of Alacra's award winning Compliance products and Concordance services.
Prior to joining Alacra, he held various senior management positions for Thomson Reuters in Product and Content Management and was the Business Information Manager for Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Data Group. Most recently, Tom held the position of Vice President of Information Services for Virtusa, a global application development outsourcing firm focused on solutions for printing and publishing, content management, digital asset management and CRM integration.
Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from NYU's Stern School of Business.
Bob De Laney is Vice President, Sales for the Americas. Bob rejoined Alacra in 2013 after working in London for 8 years. In London, he held executive and sales management positions with Factiva, LexisNexis and Euromoney. He joins from Brightedge Technologies where he was the Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa. He began his career in the investment banking division of Thomson Financial in 1990.
Bob has a BA in Political Science from Ithaca College.
Colin duSaire is Vice President of Information Management. His responsibilities include the Concordance product which maps together the entity ids from all premium sources on Alacra. He has a team of analysts reporting to him that are responsible for the daily maintenance of this authority file of companies which is over 300,000 entities across 140 content sources. He is also responsible for customer specific concordance for their entity universe allowing them access entity identifiers for each of the clients within their CRM or risk systems.
Mr. duSaire has over 20 years experience in the Financial Information Services marketplace. Prior to joining Alacra he was a Product Manager with Knight-Ridder Financial.
Mr. duSaire has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a MBA in Marketing from Pace University in New York.
Josh Hill is Vice President of Marketing. His responsibilities include Alacra’s branding, website, marketing content, and demand generation. He is a marketing professional with 15 years in technology, sales, and marketing. Josh was previously a demand generation and marketing automation consultant working with technology and media firms. His experience includes over 7 years at the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) in sales and marketing roles achieving $1 million over quota and doubling territory revenue in less than two years. Josh was also responsible for EIU’s brochure re-launch and successful implementation of marketing automation.
Josh has held roles in Singapore, New York, Boston, and Phoenix. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The University of Arizona’s Eller School and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
Gail Jewsbury is Vice President of Risk Products - Europe. Gail, along with Tom Consgrove in the US, is responsible for driving our product development in Counterparty Intelligence and Compliance in Europe.
Gail was the first salesperson employed in Alacra UK, joining the company in 1997. Previous to Alacra, Gail was employed as VP Sales and Marketing at Mellon Trust having spent the previous 8 years in Strategic Sales for Knight-Ridder Financial.
Gail holds a BSc from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh.
Ed Lloyd is Alacra's Vice President of Sales - EMEA/APAC. Ed is responsible for the management of the sales teams covering Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific, including new business and account management teams. Formerly, Mr. Lloyd was a member of Accuity Inc's Executive Committee, managing the sales team for EMEA, and APAC - he helped more than quadruple new business sales in 6 years in the EMEA and APAC markets, breaking into new vertical and geographic markets, including Asia and the Middle East. This growth helped take Accuity to successful acquisition by Reed Elsevier Plc to be integrated into Bankers Almanac, creating BankersAccuity. Prior to Accuity, Mr. Lloyd held various sales and management roles in the technology industry and has acquired over 20 years experience in sales. Mr. Lloyd holds a BA (Hons) from University West of England, Bristol in Financial Services.
Albert Tamayev is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for systems, database, and network services at Alacra. Albert has been with Alacra since 1999, starting as a software developer and most recently as a development manager. Prior to joining Alacra, Albert was a software developer at Bloomberg LP.
Mr. Tamayev holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from New York University and a M.S. Degree in Information Systems from New York University.
Ajit Tharaken is Vice President of Professional Products. Mr. Tharaken heads the teams that develop Alacra's innovative professional products portfolio and supervises all client engagements. In this role, Ajit oversees the design, creation and development of Alacra's professional products with a large emphasis on customer relations.
Prior to joining Alacra in 1999, Ajit was the Director of Technology at a fund of funds where he created an internet based hedge fund application now owned by Morningstar.
Ajit has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
