Previously, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Knight-Ridder’s Business Information Services division. In that role he was responsible for Knight-Ridder’s acquisition of Technimetrics and its pre-IPO investment in Netscape Communications. Mr. Goldstein previously held a range of sales and marketing positions at Knight-Ridder’s Business Information properties.
Mr. Goldstein recently completed a three year term on the New York Federal Reserve President’s Advisory Council on Small Business and Agriculture.
Mr. Goldstein has a BS in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He resides in New York City.

Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer
Prior to Alacra, Mr. Angle was Vice President of Technology at Technimetrics, Inc., a $20 million financial information company. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of technical development and operations.
Previously, Mr. Angle spent three years as a Product Development Manager for EJV Partners, where his responsibilities included product definition, technical implementation and support of Communications and Real-Time Products.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He resides in Warwick, NY.
Kelvin Dickenson, CFCS
Vice President, Compliance Solutions
Mr. Dickenson is responsible for leading a Customer focused product roadmap to ensure KYC/AML and vendor/third party due diligence compliance with a range of regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Alacra in 2014, Kelvin was at Dun & Bradstreet for 9 years. most recently as Managing Director of Compliance Solutions and previously as principal consultant for several of D&B’s strategic Customers, leading engagements in Compliance, reference data, credit review and risk management.
Before joining D&B, Kelvin spent a combined 20 years in Compliance, Credit, Loss Prevention and Managerial roles at two major financial institutions where his responsibilities included developing CIP policies, procedures, data sources and technology solutions to meet the requirements of the USA Patriot Act. Kelvin is a member of the charter class of Certified Financial Crime Specialists and is a current member of the advisory board at the Association of Certified Financial Crimes Specialists.
Vice President, Sales – America
Mr. Kollar is responsible for the leadership of the sales teams covering North and South America, including the new business and account management responsibilities. Mr. Kollar formerly held sales leadership roles at the London Stock Exchange Group, overseeing the rapid expansion and growth in the North American market, and at Thomson Reuters, as a global managing director of sales, where in his 16 year career, he helped to drive and develop top performing sales teams and rapid expansion. He has worked in New York, London, and Boston starting his career in financial services sales 23 years ago with Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Kollar holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College, and is a board member of organizations supporting developmentally disabled children and adults.
Vice President, Reference Data Solutions
Mr. Samuels is responsible for all of Alacra’s client, counterparty vendor and entity reference data and applications.
Mr. Samuels has extensive experience leading product management, data operations, and market development functions in the financial services industry. He spent over 10 years leading data, research, tools and analytics businesses at Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings. He also led product management and strategy at WorldPay, a leading electronic payments processor.
In addition, he has founded and led a number of start-ups. He is the former CEO of Clearpath Immigration and led Strategy & Operations at Dotmenu, (culminating in its sale to GrubHub). He was also a co-founder of People Capital, an education finance platform, where he led the development of the lending platform, private-label services and innovative risk analytics for the student marketplace.
Mr. Samuels began his career as a management consultant with Arthur Andersen and Gemini Consulting, where he worked on many strategic and operational consulting projects across the US, Europe and Africa. He has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA (Hons) in Law and Management from Cambridge University.
Vice President, Data Operations
Mr. Ortman has responsibility for Alacra’s Reference Data Department which in addition to mapping identifiers from over 100 premium content providers produces the Alacra Authority File, all concordance offerings and Alacra’s legal entity directory and Steve’s team includes both on and offshore resources. Steve has been working in financial information services for more than 20 years and has worked for (then) Banque Paribas, Thomson Financial Services and FactSet Research Systems. Steve earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and spent his first seven years after college as a Navy fighter pilot flying the F-14 Tomcat.
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Tamayev is responsible for systems, database, and network services at Alacra. He has been with Alacra since 1999, starting as a software developer and most recently as a development manager. Prior to joining Alacra, he was a software developer at Bloomberg LP.
Mr. Tamayev holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from New York University and a M.S. Degree in Information Systems from New York University.
Vice President, Software Development
Mr. Tharaken heads the teams that develop Alacra’s innovative professional products portfolio and supervises all client engagements. In this role, he oversees the design, creation and development of Alacra’s professional products with a large emphasis on customer relations.
Prior to joining Alacra in 1999, Mr. Tharaken was the Director of Technology at a fund of funds where he created an internet based hedge fund application now owned by Morningstar.
He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
